After getting a rough idea of users needs from my process map, I spent some time doing ChatGPT and web based research into the problems for each role I found. With this, I then developed out 3 user personas based on the roles I had defined. These would form the basis for the journeys I focus on in wireframing.
It was satisfying to create these personas as I already had the groundwork done from my first set of personas during sprint 1. Getting to see how things can be reused between sprints within the same project has been really enjoyable with this project.
