To take the ideas from user personas further, I developed light user journeys to explore the pain points for each user type. This extended from the Process Map work I had already done earlier.

This was really useful as it let me consider the process more from a user perspective, and start to consider the problems they are facing. I finished this step out with adding a row of opportunities to consider what things I could actions to improve the experience.
