Postel’s Law (PL) is an interesting one because it is sort of the idea of the entire double diamond in that it’s saying to explore and take in everything before distilling down to a singular thing that you take forward. While a vague one, I do think it’s interesting to consider what it says about quality and making sure what you’re are presenting to the world is your best foot. I think as designers we’re instinctively trying to present something of good quality so don’t really feel I’ve learnt much from this law except reaffirming that I should considering as much as possible to put out an effective solution. With that in mind I’ll keep this entry conservative in what I’m sending.
